At least 5 people were reportedly killed after a man reportedly opened fired at the BPM music festival held in Mexico on January 16. Several of them have also reportedly suffered injuries.
According to international media reports, shots were heard in the two clubs holding BPM electronic music festival. One at the Blue Parrot club and the other the Jungle venue. A Scottish DJ Jackmaster took to twitter to claim that “some one had into the club in Playa Del Carmen and opened fire.” He also asked people to stay in their respective hotel.
A new video has also emerged where you can see the people running frantically after reports of shooting at the Music festival. The police officials have rushed to the site. However, it is not yet ascertained if the accused has been nabbed or not.
