Succeeding Barack Obama, Donald Trump will on Friday took over as the 45th President of the United States. Along with Trump, Mike Pence was sworn in as the Vice President of the United States in a grand ceremony at Capitol Hill in Washington DC.
Before the formal ceremony, Donald and Melania Trump attended a service at St. John’s Church. The current and the successor American presidents left the White House together for the US Capitol.

# Vice Presidential oath will be administered by Associate Justice Clarence Thomas while the Presidential oath will administered by Chief Justice John Roberts. After Trump takes the oath, he will deliver an inaugural address. Obama will then depart by helicopter from East Front
