Halloween, the festival of pirates and pumpkins is falling on October 31, the day after Diwali, and we are super-excited about it. If Diwali wasn’t a reason enough to party hard, Halloween might make you reconsider everything. And if you’re in Delhi, chances are that the party next doors has already started.
